All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Shipping Policy

Ground Shipping (USA): Free ground shipping to the lower 48 states. Signature not required unless requested.

Outside Lower 48: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international addresses will be quoted at checkout. VAT, taxes, and duties are the customer's responsibility upon delivery.

Carriers: We primarily use USPS, but may ship via UPS or FedEx. — no P.O. Boxes.

Address Accuracy: Customers must provide the correct shipping address before shipment.

Delivery Responsibility: Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the package if required by the shipping method (e.g. FedEx).

Failed Deliveries: Customers are responsible for re-shipping charges if a package is refused or undeliverable.

Damaged Shipments: Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery and keep all packaging.

Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. If tracking shows a package is lost in transit, contact us to initiate a trace.

Split Shipments: Multi-box orders may arrive separately. Check tracking for updates.

Tracking Info: May take 24–48 hours to update after creation.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes in addition to shipping costs.
Refund Policy

DRUMS
All of our drums are handcrafted to order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on drum purchases. -
MERCHANDISE
If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us at essaydrumco@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your Order Number and a clear photo of the damage.
Please double-check your sizing before ordering — we do not process returns or exchanges for items purchased in the wrong size.
